hi, i'm Riley.
i spent most of my life feeling like i was emotionally flawed. too moody. too intense. too reactive. i could never seem to get a handle on my feelings - or my emotional driven patterns and behaviours. i was stuck in a cycle of chaos of regret that i feared i would never escape.
when i finally started learning about emotional regulation, not because I stopped feeling things, but because i finally understood them and knew what to do with them when they came up. once i was no longer fighting myself, the self-sabotage habits that had me in a chokehold for so long - binge, drinking, conflict, eating disorders etc - fell away.
i'm a coach and certified behaviour change expert - i've built my work around helping women reconnect with their most authentic selves - coming home to their emotions, their bodies, and their truth. this workshop is the foundation i wish i'd had years ago.
